This policy covers this website, taply.be. It does not cover the Taply application itself: customers receive a separate data processing agreement at installation.
Who we are
Taply is a product sold and installed in Belgium. Questions about your data? Email hello@taply.be and we reply within one working day.
What we collect
Only what you type into the contact form: your name, email address, the name of your clinic or company, optionally your phone number, and your message.
We run no analytics, no advertising pixels and no third-party trackers. We build no visitor profiles.
What we use it for
Solely to answer your question and arrange an installation visit. The legal basis is your consent and pre-contractual steps (GDPR article 6.1.a and 6.1.b).
We do not sell your data, do not share it with third parties for their own purposes, and do not add you to a mailing list.
Who processes it
The site is hosted by Vercel. Form messages are delivered by email through Resend. Both act as processors and handle your data only to get the message to us.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become customers are deleted within twelve months. If you become a customer, your contact details move into our customer records and follow that agreement's retention period.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. One email to hello@taply.be is enough. If our answer does not satisfy you, you can complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).
