Staff time tracking for clinics and small teams
Your team badges in.
The paperwork disappears.
Taply is a time clock you do not have to set up. A tablet by the door, a live dashboard for whoever runs the place, and every person's own hours on their own phone. We come to you and install it ourselves.

Open the dashboard and this is the first thing you see.
Not a list — your floor, drawn as a plan. Everyone who badged in is somewhere in the building, doing the job their role does: reception is at the desk, assistants turn rooms around, whoever is on a break is in the break room with a coffee. Where someone stands is their status. Click any figure to open their day.

The system, live
Somebody taps the tablet. The dashboard moves before they reach the door.
This is the real thing, running on made-up names. Watch the board on the right — it updates the moment the kiosk registers a badge, a break or a check-out. No refresh button, no daily upload, no spreadsheet.
Welcome, Noor

Needs attention
1Every person's own phone
“How many hours did I do, and when am I next in?”
Both questions used to land on your desk. Now your staff open a link on their phone and answer them themselves — hours already worked, and the shifts still to come.
- The same numbers as your payroll export — one calculation, not two.
- Their own upcoming shifts, with backup cover marked.
- They change their own password and their own PIN.
- Shown in their own language, not yours.

Worked days
The manager's side
Where the month actually gets closed.
Three screens do the work: correct the week, understand the month, plan the next one. Everything exports to a file your accountant already knows how to read.
Every person, every day, in one grid. Click a cell to fix a forgotten badge — the correction is signed and logged.

How it works
You are not buying software. You are buying it being done.
01
We come and look
Half an hour on site. Where the tablet goes, how many people badge in, how your payroll wants the numbers. No charge, no obligation.
02
We install and train
Tablet mounted, badge reader connected, a badge for every person, your logo on the screen. We stay until the whole team has badged in once.
03
You just use it
You get a browser login on day one. Updates arrive on their own. When something is wrong, you call us — not a ticket queue in another country.
What you get
Everything below is included. There is no upgrade tier.
Badge or PIN
Tap an NFC badge on the reader. Left it at home? A 4-to-8 digit PIN on the screen does the same job.
Breaks, properly
A separate break button. Break time is deducted from the day, and a break nobody ended shows up as an alert.
A photo at every punch
The front camera takes a quiet snapshot on each badge. Stored privately, never public, and deleted automatically after the retention window you choose.
Works when the internet doesn't
Punches are queued on the tablet with their real time and sent the moment you are back online. Staff see a confirmation either way.
Forgot-to-badge-out alerts
An open session past your threshold shows on the dashboard, and a daily digest email lands in your inbox at 18:00.
Timesheets you can correct
Add a missing check-out, fix a wrong start, add a pause. Every correction is written to an audit trail that cannot be edited.
Payroll exports
CSV and PDF: one row per person per day with first in, last out, net hours, break hours and any anomaly flagged.
Reports that answer questions
Hours by day, week or month. Charts, a leaderboard, and a calendar you can click into. Pick one person and the whole page narrows to them.
Shift planning
Roster by role, mark backup cover, then copy the whole week forward. Staff see their shifts on their own phone.
Three languages, three layers
The kiosk greets each person in their language, the tablet has its own default, and each manager reads the dashboard in theirs.
Admins with limits
Give your bookkeeper reports and nothing else. Access is set per section, and you can never lock yourself out.
An audit trail
Who changed which entry, when. Append-only at the database level — not even an admin can quietly rewrite it.
Straight answer
What Taply does not do.
We would rather lose the sale than have you find this out in month three.
Holiday and leave requests
It tracks time worked, not time off. Keep using whatever you use now.
Overtime rules
It reports the hours. It does not apply contract thresholds or calculate overtime pay.
GPS or location checks
Presence is proven by the badge at the door, not by tracking anybody's phone.
Direct payroll integration
You get CSV and PDF files. No API link into your payroll package.
Need one of these badly enough to pay for it? Tell us on the call — we will say yes, no, or “not this year”, honestly.
Pricing
One price. It does not go up because you hired someone.
Per site
€50/ month
Unlimited staff. Every feature on this page. Updates, hosting and support included. Month to month — no lock-in, cancel whenever.
Book a free install visitWhat's included
- On-site installation by us, not a download link
- Staff training on the day of install
- Unlimited employees, admins and badges in the system
- Kiosk, dashboard and phone portal — all three
- All exports, reports, planning and alerts
- Your logo and name across every screen
- Automatic updates, nothing for you to maintain
- Support by phone and email from the people who built it
Hardware — tablet and badge reader — is a one-off cost quoted per site. If you already have a spare tablet, we will use it.
